When utilising CMUK, sellers acknowledge that the buyer retains the right to terminate the contract and return the item, even if the item is not defective (in accordance with the consumer rights under UK law). This right can be exercised within 14 days after receiving the items. A complete refund, inclusive of the initial postage cost, must be issued within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item(s) or within 14 days of the buyer presenting evidence of the item(s) being returned (such as proof of postage), whichever occurs sooner. Unless the seller has stated otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Please note: Unless faulty, the following categories of items are not eligible for refunds: personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items tailored to your specific requirements; perishable items that deteriorate rapidly; and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (such as cosmetics or underwear) when the seal is broken.
