Free UK delivery on orders over £50 (no code needed).
Dispatch: Monday–Friday (office hours, excluding bank holidays). Most orders ship same day*
* Please allow extra time for complicated orders and special requests
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier and are unable to offer refunds for late deliveries
Returns and Refunds.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple 30-day returns
policy for most items.
Our Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (where applicable).
We do not offer exchanges. Please return for a refund, then place a new order if you’d like a different item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5–10 working days).
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product (in which case we’ll cover it).
We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product including the initial delivery charge paid. You will, however, be responsible for all costs of returning the items and need to ensure that they adequately insured. We will inform you via email when the items have been received.
Refunds will be in the same payment method used to purchase the items and in line with the Distance Selling Regulations this will be no later than 30 days after receiving your request to return the items.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple 30-day returns policy for most items.
In accordance with your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your wish to return goods within 7 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
*Working days are all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods, or contact us within the 7 working day period.
