LH Art Basic

1. My name is Lis and I live in Devon, right at the edge of Dartmoor.

After spending several years hand engraving slate, I have returned to one of my previous passions - watercolour painting and lino printing.

Taking much of my inspiration from nature, I love exploring textures and colours around me, and I enjoy experimenting with my paints, using a variety of paper, inks, and techniques. 

Sometimes I add ink, pen, metallic paint, stamps or other mediums.

Currently all my pieces are original work, I do not print any painted cards, and my lino prints are hand printed, so each piece is unique.

My stamped cards are hand coloured and sometimes I use ink or metallic paints with these, again, each one is unique.

The cards would also look beautiful framed.
