Shop Policies
Standard Home Delivery
All items will be shipped either by Royal Mail First Class Post/24hr Tracked or EVRI.
All orders received before 14.00 GMT Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day, dependent on the amount of orders to be completed. All items will show stock on the product description page.
Delivered in 1-3 working days
Mainland UK delivery only
All orders will be despatched to the shipping address entered at the checkout stage which will usually be the credit/debit cardholder’s address.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options at the best price we can.
If you place an order on a bank holiday, then this will be dispatched on the next working day.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch and any payments you have made will be refunded to you in full within 7 working days.
Should you wish to return any product to us after receipt that is either damaged or you are not happy with, then you should contact us within 2 days of delivery and request a returns form which you will need to complete stating your reason for returning the product(s).
A full refund will be issued once the item has been through our checking process (normally within 3-5 working days).
A replacement product, refund or credit note will be issued according to your preference after the checking process has been fully completed.
