For over 15 years, I have created fused glass pieces, selling my work through my website , independent shops and local craft markets. Each piece is individually handcrafted in my studio using traditional glass fusing techniques. I create both decorative and functional pieces including trinket dishes, seasonal decorations, window hangings and wall art. Shop Policies
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class small parcels. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment is received. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days within the UK. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Tracking is not included with standard postage. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Refunds are issued only for items that are faulty or damaged during shipping. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact me within 14 days of deliver with details and photos. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. Returns and exchanges are accepted for faulty or damaged items only. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and I will work with you to resolve it.
