Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
As each piece is handcrafted using real flowers, slight variations in color, shape, and flower placement are natural and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
* Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
Please note: Real flowers are delicate natural materials and may slightly change in color over time due to exposure to sunlight. This is a natural characteristic of botanical jewelry and not a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work on the item has not yet begun.
If production has already started or the order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Custom or Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced, as they are made specifically for the customer.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
If a cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
