Shipping: Royal mail 2nd class. Delivery is expected to take 2 – 3 working days, however this is only an estimate. We can’t guarantee that you will get it before a specific date, but we will do our best to ensure it gets to you in time.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Cozza Creations accepts returns on the condition that you make contact within 14 days of the item being delivered and return the item within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds are not accepted on personalised items unless it is clearly faulty. This will be at our discretion.
We can not guarantee delivery for a certain date, so make sure you order well in advance. Although estimated delivery times are 2 – 3 days, there will occasionally be delays. If your item does not arrive after 10 days, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
