As its just me shipping will be between 2-3 working days, I will be shipping between Mondays and Fridays Any purchases after mid day Fridays will not be shipped until the Monday.

Unfortunately if item care isn't met such as putting a tumbler in the dishwasher ( which will mess the vinyl up) a refund will not be permitted
