If you wish to cancel a memory keepsake order: Send an email to info@sewtilley.com before you have sent your clothing to us or before we have confirmed we have received your items It is your responsibility to pay the postage costs of returning the items back to you. This will be deducted from the price you paid. It is up to the discretion of Sew Tilley to issue full or partial refunds.
