Description
I used beautiful wool fibres to needle felt this trio of turquoise mushrooms snuggled together in a lush bed of moss. The mushrooms range in size from small, round buttons to fully grown.

Needle felting is a process of using specially designed barbed needles to manipulate wool fibres into 3d objects, such as soft sculpture figurines, or into a solid fabric. It is quite a long process and patience is needed but it is so absorbing, very rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable.
