Every pen comes in a quality pen presentation gift box and free postage in the UK.
Please note: These pens are not held in stock and are made to order. The sentiment blank has to be cast in resin and allowed to cure, then turned and finished into the chosen pen finish.. So please allow plenty of time for that special day. Usual time frame is around 5 working days. Send a message via the store or email [email protected] stating you choice of sentiment (A,B,C etc and prefered pen finish, I can then confirm your order and contact details. Once the pen is prepared and ready to be sent, we can send an invoice or alternative payment instructions.

Shipping Policy
Free shipping is offered on all items on the website to UK postal addresses. International shipping could be arranged by prior agreement, before ordering. International postage will be sent signed for and insured at buyers cost. PO Box addresses in some International Countries will not be accepted.Refund Policy
A No Quibble refund is offered If the customer is not completely happy with their purchase, on the return of the item. Return postage will be at the customers cost. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the point of purchase. In all instances, a contact or EMail will speed the process.Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Colours on PC screens may differ slightly so if you are not happy with the item on receipt, a refund is available or, an alternative item in the same range, can be chosen. Exchanges will be sent on return of the item with no postage costs.Commission: Every effort will be made to ensure the item matches exactly what the customer requires. Photographs of the finished item will be sent for the customers satisfaction and agreement prior to payment. Prior to starting work a small deposit may be required.
