I accept cancellations within 48 hours of ordering. For personalised items, I will not begin making them until after this period has expired. Personalised items may only be returned if they arrive damaged. For all other items, I accept returns/exchanges provided I am notified of intent to return within 14 days of receipt, and the item is returned to me in its original condition within a further 14 days. Once I have received the item and checked it, I will issue a refund. Return postage is to be covered by the buyer.
