Description
These beautiful coasters feature a wooden Honey Bee cut from Baltic Birch and then trapped inside honey (only kidding its resin) The edge of the coaster is trimmed with Ash wood and finished for protection with Danish Oil.
These coasters take me around 4 days to make! I start by cutting the hexagon layer and filling this layer with honey colored resin, next I place a bee on top and add a clear coat for protection and durability. The final step in the process is trimming the outside in Ash wood and adding the Danish Oil.
