We are confident that you will love our products and all items are fully inspected before being shipped to you. If you do receive an item which is damaged/faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the defect. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs - once we have received the item back a full refund of the item and the shipping costs will be made. If you have received an item which is not defective and you decide you do not like the smell of the candle or wax melts then we will refund for the cost of the UNUSED candle. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs - in this case only the cost of the candle or wax melts will be refunded and not the cost of postage. Any item that has been used cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us to discuss if you are not happy with your product.
