We're happy to provide you with a refund as follows:- Refunds on items that arrived damaged:- If your order arrives damaged - please contact us within 14 days of delivery and tell us about the damage sustained during delivery to you, any photographs you can provide are always helpful for us when we speak to the courier or postal service used. Simple Returns (no damage):- If you decide you would like to return your item - Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs and, if the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or Bespoke Orders:- Please note that refunds will only apply to custom or bespoke items if they arrive damaged or are defective.
