You may return items that's are damaged or not satisfactory within 14 days of receiving them. You must contact Happy Little Crochet first via e-mail explaining the problem and you will be given instructions on how to return. I accept returns and exchanges on bonnets and hats that are not the correct size. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs. Refund will be issued once the item is received and has been checked. Again you must contact Happy Little Crochet via email prior to returning and instructions will be given on how to return. I do not accept returns for custom made blankets. However if there is any problem please get in touch and I will try my best to resolve any issues.
