Pigeon original hand drawn Fine Artwork

Description

When I saw this beautiful reference photo I couldn’t resist recreating it as a piece of art. They looked like they were in the middle of a passionate dance like the pasa doble heroed in one of my favourite films – Strictly Ballroom. I named it ‘Time After Time’ after the song from the movie. I altered the background to a peaceful sky and simplified the fence so that all the focus was on the beautiful colours of the pigeons. 
The piece comes complete with a 16 by 20 inch mount, it is reccomended to use the mount when framing to create space between the artwork and the glass of the frame. I recommend speaking to a professional framer to finish your piece but if you choose to frame yourself use glass rather than acrylic or similar that can attract the pastel particles) use the mount provided and avoid touching the artwork directly. It is also a good idea to seal the back of the frame with framers tape, display away from direct heat, light and moisture.
