To be eligible for a return/exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any labels still attached.Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, then it will be replaced with the same item. A picture of the damage must be provided to [email protected] will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our behalf then return costs will be refunded.
