For bespoke or personalised items we can only refund if the item has been damaged in the post or we have made an error with the order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please inform us as soon as possible if any items are delivered damaged or we have made an error in your order, so please check your order as soon as it's delivered. We will then advise you on whether or not the item has to be returned. If an item has to be returned then it must be unused and it's original packaging. For your records we advise that you retain the proof of posting if the item has to be returned. Please note that personalised items can only be refunded if found damaged at time of delivery
