Shipping Policy

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated delivery times after orders are dispatched 3-5 business days, for most items will be dispatched using Royal mail first class, however, larger heavier items will be sent by courier.

Refund Policy

In order to receive a full refund on non personalised items you must request your refund within 30 days of receiving your items. Items that are not damaged or faulty must be returned to us within 30 days where we can then process your refund. Unfortunately due to the nature of personalised items we cannot offer a full refund unless the items are faulty or damaged.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations for personalised items must be made within 48 hours of purchase and cancellation of non personalised items must be made prior to the item being marked as dispatched. Outside of these time frames then please refer to our refund policy above. In the event that an item does need to be returned buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
