Shipping Policy

All items shall be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class postage service with adequate packing. They should reach with 3-5 working days. For special deliveries or faster services, alternate shipping methods can be used and the customer is requested to make the request prior to purchase. The associated costs shall be charged at actuals.

Refund Policy

In case an item is damaged upon receipt, please send it back to us for a refund. Please understand, we are a small business and refunds cannot be offered for 'change of mind' or 'unsuitable for purpose' and similar reasons. If an incorrect items has been ordered accidently, please inform us ASAP, so that we may ship the correct one to you, or if you realize it when you receive the item, please send it back to us safely packed and we shall ship the other item you would like in exchange.
