All items shall be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class postage service with adequate packing. They should reach with 3-5 working days. For special deliveries or faster services, alternate shipping methods can be used and the customer is requested to make the request prior to purchase. Refund Policy

In case an item is damaged upon receipt, please send it back to us for a refund. Please understand, we are a small business and refunds cannot be offered for 'change of mind' or 'unsuitable for purpose' and similar reasons.
