As a neurodivergent individual, I often use stimming techniques to self-soothe when I feel overwhelmed, anxious, or need to concentrate. This personal need inspired me to create the Emotional Support Owl—a portable and discreet fidget tool that I can carry with me. It effectively helps enhance my focus, calm my nerves, and ground me in the present moment. These adorable little worry owls are handcrafted from polymer clay using my unique design. They make a lovely, thoughtful gift for anyone who could use a little comfort or as a self-care gift for yourself. The owls feature a smooth indentation on their belly, allowing them to fit comfortably in your hand with your thumb resting in the indentation. They can be a grounding tool when you’re anxious or overwhelmed. Focusing on the sensation of your thumb on their smooth tummy and taking deep breaths can help comfort you and bring you back to the present moment.

The owl will come attached to a card that includes a poem I wrote about its purpose. You can easily detach it from the card for convenience, making it easier to fit into your pocket or handbag. I’ve also included a small organza bag in a complementary colour for safely storing your worry owl. Since each owl is handcrafted, no two will ever be alike, but they will all be undeniably cute.

Each owl will be shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which is fully tracked and insured. You will receive an email with tracking details when I book the parcel collection.
