All UK "ready to post" orders will be be dispatched within 3 days from receiving the order. Custom and "made to order" items will be ready to post within 2-3 weeks, dependent upon design. All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, unless special arrangements have been made between myself and the customer for a faster postage service. For any international orders, please contact me prior to ordering for a postage quote. If an item is delayed via Royal Mail and appears to be ‘lost in the post’ no refund will be issued until a full investigation has been undertaken by Royal Mail and the full waiting time of 10 working days has passed, in line with Royal mail guidelines.
