Shipping Policy
All UK "ready to post" orders will be be dispatched within 3 days from receiving the order. Custom and "made to order" items will be ready to post within 2-3 weeks, dependent upon design. All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, unless special arrangements have been made between myself and the customer for a faster postage service. For any international orders, please contact me prior to ordering for a postage quote. If an item is delayed via Royal Mail and appears to be ‘lost in the post’ no refund will be issued until a full investigation has been undertaken by Royal Mail and the full waiting time of 10 working days has passed, in line with Royal mail guidelines.Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given if the product received is not the product you ordered, and only once the item is received back in it's original condition, will a refund will be actioned. Returns are excepted within 14 days of delivery. When ordering customised items, please make sure all wording is correct at the time of order. Refunds will not be made for errors made at the time of ordering, or if the buyer changes their mind. Return postage will be paid by yourself and the item must be in the original packaging and condition you received it in. For damaged items you must contact me the same day you receive it, with pictures and evidence of the damage, including the packaging.Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For any "ready to post" items, cancellation can be made up until time of postage. Cancellation of custom or "made to order" items are not accepted once work has commenced to make the item.
