*Returns* BeeSpok must be notified of any request to return an item within 7 days of receiving your order - You then have 10 calendar days to return the item at your cost, unless otherwise agreed prior to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In the unlikely event an item is damaged during transit the post office claims process will be followed to conclusion before a refund can be considered. BeeSpok must be notified immediately upon receipt of the item and all packaging kept for photographic evidence as required.Please note: Due to the nature of the product, pictures that were personalised or directly commissioned cannot be returned.*Refunds* Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
