Lion Head Combi Book Folding Pattern

PHYSICAL ITEMS As most of my items are made to order I will only be able to issue a refund if the item is damaged upon arrival. If you do receive a damaged or faulty item then you must contact me within 30 days otherwise no refund can be issued. Photographs of the damage or fault will be required. This applies to physical products only. Deposits for custom makes are non-refundable as I would be unable to sell the item on to someone else. Please make sure your address is kept up to date as I cannot be held responsible if items are shipped to a wrong destination because you have an incomplete address, or an incorrect address on your profile and no refund will be given. DIGITAL ITEMS Due to the nature of digital downloads, by agreeing to purchase you also agree to waive your right to a refund. However, if you do have a problem please do contact me as I am always happy to try and resolve any problems you may have. All my patterns are instant downloads as a PDF file, please make sure that it is the right pattern before you purchase. I am unable to refund for any pattern that's already been downloaded, even if you change you mind or decide that book folding isn't for you. The only time you will receive a refund is if the pattern isn't right which is unlikely as it has been tested, so please double check your measurements and folding, and if the problem is still there, I will compare the tested photo to your photo. If required, I will get the pattern re-tested and if any adjustments are needed, will send you a refund, or send you the corrected version as a apology. Patterns can also be refunded if you have accidentally ordered two of the same pattern. Custom book folding patterns will be sent via email to the email address you have registered with Etsy, unless you request otherwise
