Shipping Policy

Any ready made items will be posted within 5 buisiness days but if anything is needed any quicker please message me to discuss options. Made to order items could take up to 2 weeks to be posted since they are entirely handmade. Again, if anything is needed in a hurry, please message me to discuss.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order and wish to return it for a refund, you must notify me of this within 5 days of receiving the product and return it to myself in unused condition, you must send me proof of postage and I will review the item and issue a refund within 5 days. If your item has a fault but you do not want to return it for a refund, I do offer repairs on all of my items (for the price of postage within the first 6 months but after the initial 6 months I will repair the item for cost price) Please message me if you have any issues or queries.
