Cancellation: 14 days from receiving your goods if unworn. Returns/exchange: If the item is faulty and we are notified apon opening your order, then we will refund you the cost of the item plus postage and return postage. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or have not read the description per item correctly i.e sizes / dimentions, postage will not be covered by us.You must then arrange to return the item to us. In the interests of hygiene, We are NOT able to accept the return of pierced earrings unless the item received is faulty. Of course, we will check any item you return. If it is stated as faulty, we will refund if we find the item to be faulty. If any item is not faulty, we will advise you why it is not considered faulty. Items made as bespoke requests/ personalised are excluded from this policy. Items on sale and discounted are also excluded from receiving a full refund unless we are notified arrived damaged. Please also be aware that monitor settings can make things appear a different colour than they actually are. EVERY item we make are one of a kind. If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged to you: In the first instance, we would allow you to exchange your item for the same value. Photographic proof of the damaged item(s) must be sent to us. We can not be held liable for any compensation over the value you have paid for items if they go missing as this is out of our control. If we are making an item for you on request, We will send you photos of the item for you to approve. If you approve the item, We will not be able to accept returns, unless the item is faulty.
