All items are shipped via Royal Mail second class within 5 days of order.  Please note that once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail  to ensure the package arrives to you without damage.  If the product has been damaged during the shipping process, then please ensure you take photographic evidence so we can follow the compensation process set out by Royal Mail.I work on my own and any custom made orders can sometimes be delayed (shipping dates can be discussed before placing your order).  Please let me know in the buyers notes if the order is for a specific date.Lost parcels - you have 28 days from the date of your order being posted to inform me that it has not been delivered.
