Postal Service: all orders are sent Royal Mail Recorded First Class, to UK addresses only. Dispatch Time: whilst most orders are sent out within 2-3 days, please allow up to 5 days for dispatch. Please contact me before you place your order if you require your item sooner.Refund Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases; please contact us if you are unhappy for any reason, and we will do what we can to help. If you wish to return a product, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving it. You will then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return(s), which must be unworn, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage, must obtain proof of posting (we recommend a tracked or signed for service), and must return the items in suitable packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of custom orders, sale items, or of earrings for hygiene reasons. If you have not received your parcel by the due date plus ten days, please contact us so that we can pursue this with Royal Mail. Faulty or damaged items: every care is taken to ensure that all items arrive with you safely, in good condition. Items should be returned to us in suitable packaging within 14 days of notification, and proof of postage must be obtained; once received your refund will be processed within 14 days. Missing items: every order is processed with utmost care and checked before sending. If items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can resolve this with you.
