Where possible we always try to ship free. Normally shipping would be carried out by Royal Mail or Parcel Force on a 48 Tracked service.
Refund Policy
If defects are discovered on receipt, please send us photographs of the damage within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We will then offer to replace the damaged item or offer a refund.

Cancellations can be made prior to reciept of tracking information, Once the items are dispatched we are unable to accept a cancellation. We do not normally accept returns or exchanges on bespoke or personalised items. Return shipping would normally be at the expense of the purchaser, unless prior agreement with us.
