There are times with all couriers that items for some reason are not delivered to the buyer. This is beyond my control and the fault of the courier. This could happen with all couriers. There is no such thing as the perfect courier. Couriers will claim a parcel not delivered is LOST. I don't believe this. If this was true there would be a mountain of parcels somewhere. I believe that if a parcel is not delivered it is NOT lost but STOLEN. To claim that any order is not delivered you must put this in righting NO later than 7 (seven) working days after the date of the order was made. I will contact the courier passing on your claim to advise them that your order is stolen If you receive your order in a damaged condition you must report this NO later than 24 hours after delivery. You will require to send pictures of all damage including the item and all packaging. please do NOT return your item without first contacting me. If the item item is returned without notice and return number it will not be accepted.
