Items will be sent via Royal Mail delivery within 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified of their delivery is going to be delayed at all. Customers will be given a refund of the postage costs if their order is significantly delayed by Sewn By Shona. Sewn By Shona cannot issue a refund if the order is delayed by Royal MailRefund Policy
For a full item refund please return any undamaged items to Sewn By Shona up to 10 days after delivery. Any undamaged item returned to Sewn By Shona after 10 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if an item is returned damaged, unless the customer provides photographic proof that the item arrived in an unsatisfactory condition.
