Crashing Wave freestanding curve is full of movement. The sea wave is fired to retain lots of texture to allow light to reflect and cast beautiful shades of blues.
This is made from Bullseye cut glass, powders and frits (chunks of glass).
Crashing wave has been fired three times once to fuse the powders to give a gentle all over colour, a second to fuse the details and a third to form the curve.
The glass is a minimum of 6mm thick and stands 110mm tall and 150mm wide. The external curve measurement is 170mm from edge to edge, 40mm deep.
The curve will be wrapped in tissue paper are carefully packaged for dispatch.
