While we aim to ship worldwide, there are significant delays to a number of countries due to lack of available transport links. Consequently, and based on advice by Royal Mail, postal operations to certain countries are currently suspended We nevertheless appreciate your continued custom and patronage of small businesses. You have the opportunity to choose your preferred method of delivery when you place your order with us online. Packaging: In order to ensure your satisfaction which is of utmost importance to us, every order is lovingly and carefully hand-picked and packed using good quality tissue paper, cardboard boxes and or biodegradable plastic bags. We want your orders to arrive in good time which is why we will dispatch within 24 hours Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated below. Should you require tracking, insurance or a faster delivery service please contact us before placing an order as it will incur an additional charge. It will be assumed that your items have been delivered with no problems if we do not hear from you within 5 days. UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY All Next day delivery services (UK) are calculated by weight. You will be presented with this option during check out. Next day delivery is tracked.
