Damaged or Lost Items: On the rare occassion that items are lost in the post or arrives damaged please let me know as soon as possible. Lost items can be refunded once we reach the current Royal Mail/Hermes lost items limits. I will contact them as soon as you let me know that the item has not arrived. For damaged items I need photos of damage and packaging to process your return.Non-personalised/customised items: If you order an item and you are not happy with it once it arrives then you are welcome to return the item at your own cost. I will refund cost of item once I recieve it back. Please contact me within 48 of recieving item to arrange return. Item needs to be returned in original packaging or similar to ensure safe return. Proof of postage will be necessary.Personalised and Customised Items: Personalised and customised items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, then please follow the steps for damaged items.
