We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases; please contact us if you are unhappy for any reason, and we will do what we can to help. If you wish to return a product, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving it. You will then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return(s), which must be unworn, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage, must obtain proof of posting (we recommend a tracked or signed for service), and must return the items in suitable packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of custom orders, sale items, or of earrings for hygiene reasons. If you have not received your parcel by the due date plus ten days, please contact us so that we can pursue this with Royal Mail. Royal Mail will not accept enquiries any earlier than this timeframe, and we cannot consider a parcel lost until this point.
