We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an unsuitable item. If the shipment information provided by the customer was incorrect at the time of order, the order is not eligible for a refund. Once an order has been despatched, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please follow the procedure set out in the returns policy below. If for any reason you decide you would rather not keep a product we will offer a full refund (excl. delivery) if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product. Your refund will be processed upon receiving the undamaged product back. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs and these shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you choose the relevant shipping service to make sure it reaches us. Your refund will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order, and it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account depending on who you bank with. We package everything with the utmost care, so we apologise in advance if you receive a damaged product. All of our prints are carefully packaged in triangular postal tubes which are made from 150K/T corrugated card with an E flute board grade for an impressive level of shock absorption. However, if any of our products arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos to sales@chasingtides.co.uk and we will get things resolved as quickly as possible. Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis, however products that have been kept for longer than 21 days may not be refunded.
