i.o.Me started due to the snooze button.
I decided to start my day with a cup of water but with being mindful at the same time. Whether it be time, joy, peace, rest or love; what is your i.o.Me?
My cup allows me to start the day with the right mental attitude, which sometimes can be hard to start alone.
Our environment, work life balance can get in the way of what is important for our mind and bodies, which can have a negative impact on our thoughts.
I want to share the way my cup makes me feel and the constant habit it has become in my life.Even if if improves just one person’s life, will be a gift!
Each cup is different as they are hand engraved, front and back, with patience and love. The note card included is a reminder, which can be used as a book mark, framed or simply to place your cup upon. Finally, the yellow rose represents the love given from an unknown friend. i.o.Me 4 U!
