i.o.Me started due to the snooze button.
I decided to start my day with a mug of water but with being mindful at the same time. Whether it be time, peace, growth or love; what is your i.o.Me?
My mug allows me to start the day with the right mental attitude, which sometimes can be hard to start alone.
Our environment, work life balance can get in the way of what is important for our mind and bodies, which can have a negative impact on our thoughts.
