If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me. DAMAGED ITEMS If an item arrives damaged please be kind enough to supply me with a photograph of the damage to enable me to make a claim against whichever delivery service have damaged it. POSTAL DELAYS We aren't responsible if the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to Royal Mail and courier policies. LOST IN THE MAIL We will replace or refund your order at no charge if it does not arrive within: 3 Weeks of the date of posting. Missing Parcels - Please notify me no later than 14 business days from shipping if your parcel is missing. If you no longer want your item once you've received it we are happy to accept returns and you will be entitled to a full refund of item cost and original postage once we receive the item back securely packaged and in the same condition it was shipped in. Items received back which are no longer in re-sellable condition will not be refunded. Return shipping costs in if you have changed your mind are to be paid by the buyer. Return shipping costs for any items we may have sent that arrive damaged, faulty, or made to the wrong specifications we will refund you the return postage costs. Any refunds to be paid will be made within 3 days of my receipt of the goods.
