***WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING***

1) 2 Custom Logo Design Concepts (original designs fully licenced based on the initial information you provide)

2) Logo design concepts provided within 10 business days

3) Select your preference/elements of the logo you want to move forward with

3) Unlimited revisions on agreed logo design (Will continue to work on the selected design until you are 100% satisfied. If the final design can’t be agreed you will be refunded)

4) Email containing .svg, .pdf, .jpg, & .png files for the agreed final design

***NEXT STEPS***

1) Add order to cart & checkout.

2) Once I receive the order I will email/message a set of questions for you to complete with information and input on the logo style, colour, etc.

3) I will email the initial logo design concept within 10 business days of receiving the information for the project.

4) You can then request changes to the logo. (Please allow time for the revisions if needed this can be 2 – 4 business days depending on the revision request)

5) Once you are satisfied and approve the logo, I will email the final logo formats.

***COMMUNICATION***

I will endeavour to respond in a timely manner and keep you fully updated on progress.

I do all my correspondence and logo design myself, I respond to emails asap during the course of the day/evening.

Emails received after office hours and on weekends will be responded to on the next business day.

**If you are not satisfied with anything during the process of the project, please contact me so we appreciate it if you contact me so I can work on resolving the issue. I want you to be as happy with the final files as possible.

***LOGO CONTENT***

Happy to include additional images you have purchased and have the rights to use. Will not include any trademark or copyright content unless you have the right to use, proof will be required before including.

***PERMITTED USE***
You are allowed to:

Use Designs for personal, commercial or commissioned projects – Commissioned projects mean: Designs created by you for another person – for example, your client, employer, or contractor

Use Designs for physical end products for sale – You can use Designs created for all kinds of merchandise, such as T-Shirts, Posters, Mugs etc. Including Print On Demand products with no limit of quantity

Use Designs as rasterized images as part of digital end products for sale – Digital end product means: A product like an e-book, magazine, or digital calendar that contains Designs as part of the product (this does not include selling Designs as stock material to reuse for third parties)

Use Designs for websites, apps, or video games – Only as rasterized images

Use Designs for physical and digital Ads – Only as rasterized images

Use Designs for social media posts – Only as rasterized images

***PROHIBITED USE***
You are not allowed to:

Resell or offer Designs as digital stock material – Stock material means: Designs that are sublicensed for further creative use. This includes sharing, selling, distributing, or making Designs available for download on other platforms

Sublicense or claim exclusive rights to use Designs – This includes using Designs as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, or service mark

Use Designs in a way that infringes intellectual property of brand assets or other elements – Brand assets mean: Recognizable elements that embody a company’s identity

Use Designs for pornographic, illegal or immoral purposes – This includes using Designs in a way that would be reasonably likely to bring any person or property reflected in the Content into disrepute
