Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and made within 3-5business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Every effort is made to make your order as quickly as possible and ship. I do hold stock of popular items and colours. Please bear with us during Christmas season where volumes may delay this slightly. All items are handmade to your requirements.

Refund Policy

All my items are handmade to order. Items will be refunded if they are faulty only. In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item returned. If a replacement item is required, we will send this out to you free of charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled. All items are handmade to order. Items will be refunded if they are faulty only. All photographs of colours available are taken to show you a true likeness of the colour you have chosen. There may be a slight difference due to monitor settings of the device you are viewing from. All photographs are offered in good faith and are true likeness of the item and colour.
