-FREE UK DELIVERY
-Eco-friendly Congratulations card with print of original illustration drawn by myself with a positivity message.
-Each card sold raises funds for a wildlife and nature conservation charity (The Wildlife Trusts).
-Card is made from recycled card. Therefore, some small flecks may be visible on the card but this adds to its character and charm.
-All cards have been printed using 100% green energy and are FSC approved.
-Card is square in size and is supplied with a kraft envelope.
-Card is 135 x 135mm. Envelope is slightly larger.
-Cards are sent Free Delivery in the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

I have looked at eco-friendly ways of supplying cards and prints to make you smile and help our planet with plastic free packaging. All cards are packaged and protected in a bio-degradable and compostable clear sleeve made from vegetable starch and posted in a reinforced card backed envelope.

Please note that colours may slightly vary due to monitor and printer settings.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Please note, Royal Mail may have delays in their delivery times. Please see their website for the most recent announcements.Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.Cards are packaged in compostable sleeves with a compostable sticker and posted in a card reinforced envelope to protect it on its journey to you.Prints are packaged in compostable sleeves with compostable stickers. A4 prints are also packaged with recycled greyboard for added protection. All prints are posted in a card reinforced envelope to protect it on its journey to you.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not accepted for personalised prints.Contact me within 14 days of delivery if you require a refund for cards and prints. Cards and prints must then be returned unopened in their original packaging within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return postage fees. Tracking is advised. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for full payment to cover loss in value.
