Shipping Policy

Available in stock items will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class within 5 working days. Any bespoke/made to order items will usually be posted within 2 weeks to allow for making time. If any items are needed quicker than the stated timeframes please contact me and I will try to accommodate requests.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of receipt. If the item arrives damaged please contact me and return the item within 14 days and we will exchange/repair the item. Personalised items can only be refunded or exchanged if damaged. We are not responsible for postal delays - if a delay results in the items no longer being required it must be returned with proof of postage and we will refund the cost of the item within 30 days of receipt. If the items is returned in an unsellable state no refund will be issued.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
