Please get in touch with me within 14 days if you are not happy with your item, (I can not for hygiene reasons accept back earrings). Items are to be returned in the original gift box and in a resalable condition, within 30 days at the buyer's cost for a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If an item is damaged on delivery then I will do my best to fix it, as all items are one of a kind please be aware this may not be possible. Return goods should be in the original gift box and be in a resalable condition, and a refund will be provided as soon as I receive them. If you do need to cancel a purchase then please do so asap.
