SHIPPING and DELIVERY Our products are carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep using Royal Mail, tracked 48 hours.Lost or Delayed Items: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.Refund Policy
RETURNS All our items are made to order. Orders are shipped within 7 business days and may take an additional 3-7 days to arrive. Due to the customized nature of the items we produce, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver to you or you receive faulty or wrong items. In this case, please contact us and include photographic evidence and order number within 7 days of receipt of item. Please the the return items back to us within 14 days following the day of our agreement to refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
