Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products & hygiene, SoaKINSKIN only accepts returns within 7 days if products are unopened, unused and/or otherwise manipulated. Products should be returned in original outer packaging. No products may be returned to SoaKINSKIN without the prior written consent of SoaKINSKIN and are subject to a return charge.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase and will be refunded the amount of your order to the account that the order originally was paid from minus a standard cancellation fee of 20%.
