Description
Aberdeen FC (aka The Dons) play football (soccer) at Pittodrie Stadium in the Scottish Premier League. They probably have the loudest, if not the largest travelling fan base in Scotland.
Aberdeen fans are fondly referred to as ‘the Sheep’ and when the sheep are on fire the stadium rocks.
The original drawing for this print is based on a sketch I did for a separate original watercolour painting of a sheep standing in a barn doorway. I decided to give the sheep in the sketch a red hat for a bit of fun, if you’re an Aberdeen FC fan you’ll understand the sheep connection.
This print from my original pencil drawing will brighten up any room, den, study or office and will make an excellent but inexpensive gift for a family member, friend or work colleague.
I produce my own prints using a combination of printer/paper/inks that deliver exceptional long lasting prints with a beautiful lustre finish which look great framed in any environment.
Please note that the print sizes offered here (6×4, 7×5, 9×6, 10×8, 12×8, all in inches) refer to the printed image dimensions. The image will be printed on a larger sheet with a white border around it. These are standard image sizes so should suit the apertures on a range of ready-made mounts (mats/matting) and frames wherever you’re located (Note that the 12”x8” image size is actually 12.4”x8.3” to ensure that it works equally well with both 12×8 and A4 apertures).
If you choose the framed option (selected prints and UK deliveries only) your print will be supplied in a moulded black frame and a white mount. The outer dimensions of the frames offered are approximately 10”x8”, 14”x10” and 18”x14” for the three selected print sizes respectively.
Please also be aware that some colours viewed on your screen may differ slightly from those of the actual print due to different monitor manufacturers and settings. Please ask any colour related questions prior to purchase.
